The AI-powered chat feature is still in an experimental phase of development. At present, it is capable of basic inquiry prompts such as counting files of a certain type, checking who uploaded files recently, or finding media files.
The DekkoDEMS Confidential AI Chat feature is a secure case administration assistant. It is not trained on case data. DekkoSecure’s servers cannot access case material and as such, the language model used for the chat function cannot either.
